Where will you be in six months? We're going to be in better health! We're going to exercise and eat ourselves into a better place in our lives. Weight loss is not the main focus of this community, we just want to be healthier. If you do lose weight on your journey, that's great too.
We're going to challenge ourselves to be better, stronger, faster ;) Get that cholesterol down, start eating healthier, feel better about ourselves.
It doesn't matter how much you weigh. If you are 10 pounds overweight or 150 pounds overweight, as long as you are doing something towards a more **healthy** lifestyle, that's what counts. No one will tell you you don't belong here.
